My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While I loved the stunning sunsets from my balcony and the beautiful lake location, the issues with the air conditioning and rude staff made it less enjoyable. Additionally, the lack of daily housekeeping and poor Wi-Fi service were disappointing.
